Choosing a date range
The date range picker at the top drives every widget on the screen; the range you select is reflected in the URL (for example,?from_date=2026-07-04&to_date=2026-08-03), so a particular view can be bookmarked or shared.

Summary
Summary
The headline customer metrics for the selected range:
- Customers: how many customers transacted.
- Average lifetime volume: the average total value per customer.
- Average number of payments: how many payments the average customer makes.
Customer lifetime volume distribution
Customer lifetime volume distribution
A bar chart of how many customers sit in each lifetime-volume band, with customer lifetime volume across the horizontal axis and the number of customers up the vertical axis. This is the quickest way to see the shape of your customer base rather than just its average. A long tail of low-value customers and a few high-value ones produces a very different chart from an evenly spread base, even when the averages match.
Top customers by lifetime volume
Top customers by lifetime volume
Your highest-value customers, ranked, each with their lifetime volume and name. Select the chevron on a row to open that customer, or View All to open the full ranked list on the Customers screen.
First-time customers
First-time customers
Customers who are new in the selected range, with the date of their first payment. The widget heading carries the total count. View All opens the complete list.
Customers with high churn risk
Customers with high churn risk
Customers whose behaviour suggests they are about to lapse, each with the date of their last payment. The heading carries the total count, and View All opens the same segment on the Customers screen, where you can sort it and export it.
Top #5 channels
Top #5 channels
Your five best-performing channels by payment count, shown with each platform’s logo (for example, Shopify, Payment APIs, or WooCommerce). Use it to see which integrations are actually carrying your volume.
Top #5 accounts
Top #5 accounts
Your five busiest accounts by visits, so you can tell which storefront or Payments Account is drawing traffic. Read it alongside Top #5 channels: a channel with high visits but low payments points at a checkout problem rather than a traffic problem.
Using View All
View All appears on every list-based widget. It carries the widget’s segment through to the underlying screen with the filter already applied, rather than dropping you into an unfiltered list.1
Find the segment you want
Pick the widget that describes the customers you are interested in: top by lifetime volume, first-time, or high churn risk.
2
Select View All
The Customers screen opens filtered to that segment.
3
Sort, filter, and export
Sort by any column, narrow further with More filters, then Export to send the segment to an email address.
A widget’s top few entries are enough to notice a pattern, but not enough to act on it. View All is the step between the two: it is what turns “I have 57 customers at churn risk” into a list you can work through.
