How your balance appears on the dashboard depends on whether your account uses the Aggregated Balance or Dedicated Balance model.

Aggregated Balance merchants

If your account uses the Aggregated Balance model, you will see:
  • One balance per currency.
  • A merchant-level transaction history.
  • Merchant-level Settlements and Withdrawals.
For example, a merchant holding Australian dollars would simply see:
Under this model the dashboard focuses on merchant-level information: one balance, one combined transaction history, and no account selector when you move money.

Dedicated Balance merchants

If your account uses the Dedicated Balance model, you will see a separate balance for each account. For example, the same AUD 10,000 might be split across two stores like this:
Under this model the dashboard surfaces information per account: an account list, each account’s own balance, a per-account transaction history, and an account selector when you move money.
Seeing balances split by account is exactly the point of Dedicated Balance. If you would rather see a single combined figure, that is what Aggregated Balance provides, but remember the model is fixed after activation.
